The procedure of electronic appointment of the Executive board of the Headquarters for Combating Human Trafficking

In accordance with Article 57 of the Constitution, the official web page of the Main Police Department of Baku is a means of exercising the right of citizens to appeal.

Reception rules are maintained in accordance with the "Regulations on the procedure of consideration of citizens' appeals to the Bodies of Internal Affairs", approved by Order No. 1 dated on 05.01.2009 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

PRIOR TO THE APPEAL IN ELECTRONIC WAY IN CONNECTION WITH APPOINTMENT TO EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE HEADQUARTERS FOR COMBATING HUMAN TRAFFICKING, PLEASE READ THE RULES:

  1. Entering the passport data through official web page of the Headquarters for Combating Human Trafficking, appeals, sent in electronic form, are received by the Secretariat of the General Administration and are recorded and dealt with in accordance with the Law No. 314-IQ dated on 10 June 1997 the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Procedure of citizens complaints' investigation" and "Rules of recordkeeping on the proposals, applications and complaints of citizens in government agencies, departments, organizations and enterprises ", approved by Decree dated on December 29, 1998 by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  2. Prior to writing the text, it is important to fill out the form provided. The text should be necessarily composed with the alphabet of used language, should not be written entirely in lowercase or uppercase letters, to be divided into sentences respecting the rules of the use of punctuation. Application should be written in clear and distinct sentences.
  3. During the appeals the ethical rules should be observed. After the appeal was accepted you will receive a notification.
  4. The Executive Board of the Headquarters for Combating Human Trafficking receives the citizens on issues concerning the powers of the Ministry.
